Best wild game processor in the Chicagoland area. Brought multiple wild boars in over the years they turned into some amazing Italian sausages, spicy and regular, which taste incredible on a bun, or in other foods like sauce and chili. They also make breakfast sausage links, deer jerky, and other foods, and have been around for over a hundred years. Really nice family run place and super friendly.

Small place, but has a good variety. I think this is the first time I went there. It is in a more of an industrial district, but easy to find. It is frozen items beside the jerky. Very pleasant staff.

There butchering is very good. The sticks they make are the best. No tough plastic skin. Just meat. Second to none. Jalopeno Cheddar are my favorite.

Was the recent recipient of some processed Deere meat. The jalapeño cheese venison summer sausage and snack sticks are by far the best I’ve ever had. I’m sure all they have to offer is fantastic based off of how great the sausage and sticks were ! Can’t quit eating them and telling everyone how awesome they are Keep up the great work!

Love the small business atmosphere and services. They sell all types of jerky also at decent prices. Now it's been 8 months since I had my deer processed. Been eating it with friends and relatives. Nicely processed and everyone is totally enjoying it. Very hard to find companies like this anymore. AAA+ Place.
